excellent stay with attentive staff
full amenities helpful feature daily menu
the two-bedroom suite was quite satisfactory. it provided nearly full kitchen amenities, and this included an oven. a washing machine was available, a feature i found very helpful. the breakfast buffet offered a sufficient variety with a menu, and it changed daily.
i noticed a slight disparity in service, it was some guests received preferential treatment. a more consistent approach would enhance the experience for all visitors.

the front desk staff was attentive, ready to assist with anything. a concierge provided valuable recommendations on local attractions. he even supplied qr codes for accessing information on our phones , a kind gesture.

musty smell loud fan
the staff were helpful this was acceptable
the room had a musty smell when i arrived the air conditioning fan was too loud and strong i tried setting it to the lowest level with sleep mode but it was still disruptive i found noticeable stains on the bed sheet and this concerned me

excellent stay!
clean hotel friendly staff great location
i enjoyed how clean the hotel was. the friendly staff, including chan, tib, and aoi, were very helpful during my first visit to thailand. they ensured my experience was really good. the location worked very well for my travel needs.
the bathroom lighting made makeup application difficult. the towels was worn. the sink drained slowly.

Really good Stay on Sukhumvit
convenient location spacious room helpful staff
I found the location convenient. It's near the skytrain and MRT, a short walk away (about five minutes). This made getting around the city easy. The room I had was very spacious. It included a full kitchen. The staff was kind and always ready to help.
The gym, while functional, could use a little updating.

Decent Stay, Some Minor Issues
central location skytrain station spacious room noisy aircon delayed cleaning cleaning schedule
I appreciated the location. It was close to the skytrain and MRT stations. My room was spacious. The cost was acceptable for what I got.
The air conditioning could be better. It made a lot of noise, so sleeping wasn't easy. The room cleaning was sometimes late.

Mixed experience. Some improvements needed
musty smell noisy air conditioning
the location is quite convenient, about an 8-minute walk to the asok bts and a 10-minute walk to the sukhumvit mrt.
i found the room to have a noticeable musty smell upon arrival. the air conditioning unit was also rather old and excessively noisy. furthermore, the cleanliness could be improved as i noticed some stains on the bed sheet. these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

The suite was a good size for my family. The washing machine got plenty of use . The kitchenette included a good sized fridge, a microwave, and an oven.
